Kaia spins around to see Levi behind her. "Levi! Are you ok?" She holds a hand out to help her up. "It's been a while hasn't it?"

Levi: "Yeah...I don't know what happened. There was a tall man i a suit who appeared in our battle, and I freaked out. I lost control and I woke up a few hours ago." suddenly, she spots a figure in the distance. It was the man. "RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN!" Levi sprints away, shadows giving her a jetpack and she flies away quickly. She gives Kaia one but is quite far away already.

Smiling deviously Bastion explodes sending Skarlet flying into Marc as another wave of Bastion-class sentinels land and confront the two young adult mutants. "Ch, you know you can always take a break if you're tired." Marc joked as the symbiotic essence covering him healed itself. the bastion sentinels gazed at Marc and Skarlet with emotionless eyes, surrounding the couple in a tight circle. "You might want to suit up, Agony can be used as a weapon and after seeing what you can do with that sycthe i'm sure you'll be able to think of great ways to have her help you in combat." marc whisperd as he sent out four appendage-like tentacles from his back towards some of the Bastions.

"Agony?"

*Skarlet's body is covered by Agony. She creates blades similar to Baraka's

and starts slicing some sentinels. Skarlet flips in the air and stabs one if the sentinels in the shoulders, neck and head. She jumps from one sentinel to the next stabbing it. After each stab she turns the blade into poisonous thorns and creates a new blade to stab the next.*

*Barry sits alone in front of the X Academy of Venice playing blues songs*

Barry: *strums his guitar* My baby dont love me.... She did me harm..... I took her to Kyoto and the next thing I know she's gone!!! Ah Baby!!!! How could you do me so wrong!!!

"L-Levi!" Kaia uses her lightning as a boost to catch up to Levi. "Are you sure that's the guy?"

and starts slicing some sentinels. Skarlet flips in the air and stabs one if the sentinels in the shoulders, neck and head. She jumps from one sentinel to the next stabbing it. After each stab she turns the blade into poisonous thorns and creates a new blade to stab the next.*

"Hahaha!"

Launching into the air Marc found the true Bastion among the other sentinels. The only difference between this one and the reset was the outfit. Marc knew from the records that bastion was one of the deadliest sentinels ever being a magical fusion of Master Mold and Nimrod he was able to transform living beings into sentinels through touch. The two collided in mid air and Marc let loose with a furious combination of energy enhanced punches and kicks before flipping and delivering a solid axe heel kick to Bastion's skull which sent the android plummeting inot the ground. Satisfied that Bastion would be down for a while Marc flew back to Skarlet. With the symbiotic essence covering her Marc noticed that she looked extremely similar to him and as he watched the young woman tear through Sentinel after Sentinel with a strange delight, he cant help but to admire her beauty in combat and the graceful motions of her strikes.

Kaia somehow catches up to the guy before Levi and tackles him. "Do you want him dead or alive?" she says with a somewhat sarcastic grin.

Levi: ignores the question entirely and continues flying away

???: "..." tentacles come out of his back, pick up kaia, and throw her into a tree. Next thing he does is teleport over to her. "..." up close it's apparent that he has no face, and his skin is pasty white.

*Skarlet notices Marc and in the spilt second she is distracted a sentinel attempts to punch her. She grabs its hand and breaks its arm with looking at it. After breaking its arm Skarlet continues gracefully stabbing the sentinels.*

Feeling the presence of Bastion approaching Marc turns to face the monster Sentinel. Smirking he forms eight arm like apendages this time and flies at bastion at an incredible speed before unleashing a flurry of punches on the Sentinel mastermind. Bastion's cimputing power is unable to keep up with the speed of the man blows as Marc's actual hands stay crossed over his chest.

Kaia groans at the pain she feels in her back but quickly electrocutes "slender" and kicks him away. "Really?!?! You were fighting this guy?!?!"

 

[Artemis81]

The Slender Man: "..." he disappears entirely but instead of fighting he was going to back off for now and attack at their weakest.

(I just love the mythos, so fun. This is the last we'll hear of him just wanted to add a bit of tension to the plot.)

"What the? He just....leaves?" Kaia stands there both confused and angry. "Levi what just happened? Why was slender after you?"

"FERAL GROWTH!!!"

*Trees, carnivorous plants, mushrooms, moss and all other plant life sprout from the ground. Skarlet specially organized them in a barrier-like fashion surrounding Bastion. She jumps over the barrier and creates a rather large ball of poisonous thorns. Skarlet drops them onto Bastion pinning him down and poisoning him. She creates multiple Venus fly traps to bite Bastion.*

"Die!"

"What the? He just....leaves?" Kaia stands there both confused and angry. "Levi what just happened? Why was slender after you?"

"No idea..."

*Skarlet finishing off the last of the fodder sentinels turns to Bastion. She takes out her scythe and turns it into a trident. Skarlet jumps up to Bastion and stabs him in the chest and brings him to the ground. She keeps the trident in his chest and shouts.*

Seeing Bastion pinned Marc flies up as high as he can before going into a dive bomb. Surrounding his body in a conical cocoon of enrgy Marc creats a solid construct that increases his aerodynamic speed. "Skarlet move!" he cries out causing the startled female to jump into the air in excitment but also float there as he crashed into bastion causing an explosion of energy to rush out in a wave that oblitereated the remaining Sentinels but obscured Marc in a cloud of smoke.
