Lina visits MediTech Aka The Company all the way back in New York, taking a three day leave from the Academy to deliver monthly progress report on how they were doing. Some of the students volunteered to be tests while some needed heavy persuasion. She had information about the Academy and confidential information closed off from the students. Lina arrives there wearing her jumpsuit ( Similar to what Black Widow wore in the Avengers) as it was protocol for all Agents to so do. She was called in for a meeting with the CEO, COO, and her father; Marcus Winchester so she can relay everything she's found out to them, but to her disappointment the meeting had gotten transferred to their company's training room.
As soon as she got there, the employees closed off the doors to her as well as the windows so no natural can enter and needed to be lit by synthetic light. She took a deep breath and started surveying the training room, everything looked normal - that was until she felt a rupture in three areas; two in her abdominal and one in the chest area, by a Sai hacked all the way through. It was soon followed by agonizing pain, and blood spewed from her mouth. At that moment on, a friends of hers; Nicola appeared in front of her whom had the powers of Invisibility and speed. "Nic- - " At that moment, all of three board members she was meaning to meet were slowly approaching her.
"You know, you were a good Agent... A Defect, but a good Agent, number 012 a.k.a Project S.N.O.W" he CEO started. " You know, Lina...Lina Winchester - Dr. Winchesters own daughter, was a good test subject, resilient and her power is so interesting..." During that point, Lina began choking on her own blood. "You were the outcome of that experiment, all the power duplicated even enhanced with something added to it... but you know what was wrong... You ... remembered things, things that weren't yours...For example" He levels with Lina who had was on her knees, threatening to fall and just holding herself up with a wobbly arm, " Your birthdays... you remembered... but they're not yours... they're Lina's..." Lina didn't know what the CEO was talking about, she was confused, and in pain but perhaps it was just caused by her agony. "So, we had to kill you. You were supposed to be a blank slate, but there was something wrong in the calculations...We ended up with you... If you're wondering where she is...Let's just say, she's someplace where the sun never shines, but she'll see tomorrow and that's were you'll be too... without seeing the tomorrow part. " Lina fully falls to the floor, her vision blurred, the only thing she sees are feet passing her way, and the foots step, loud and echoing. Her eyes finally close.
Lina opened her eyes, and finds herself out in the harbour, with Nicola next to her "Y-you?" She says while sputtering out blood. It turns out Nicola had ask to take care of disposing Lina, but bought her to the harbour instead.
"Look... You're my friend...and I...I didn't hit you anywhere vital... Go runaway Lina... Go!"
Lina nods, and limps towards the ocean where she used what little power she had left to transmogrify a floating seaweed to a speed boat... She only had one place she could go, and she couldnt go back to the Academy " Sa...vage" The boat goes on its way but without a driver, she lost her way, stuck in the middle of the Ocean, she decided to use her powers to create a sea tornado and carry here there.
After a while, she arrives at her destination. The tornado ceased and she was thrown off into the beach. Coughing up blood she passes out.
