In your first scenario I would like to think chopper pulls out the win, he has multiple forms capable of providing different combat varients, and he's pretty smart...it could still go either way.

In second scenario Drake all the way, shouldn't be a fight

Drake would defeat Chopper in both post and pre TS. He'd simply have a little bit more trouble in post-ts.

Nah that drake is preeetty damn strong, he'd beat chopper vack into his chibi form.

I do think X-drake could beat chopper in the second scenario.

But im not sure how he wins in the first. A monster chopper in control should IMO easily be able to dispose of a Pre-time skip x-drake. There is a huge gap in the amount of strength shown between monster chopper and pre-skip drake.

Luffy needed Armandment Haki + Gear 3 in order to put Monster Chopper down, pre-time skip drake doesnt have any armandment haki feats.

Chopper should be able to defeat a Pacifista now so I think he can beat Pre TS Drake.

I would like to think even the weakest members of the SHs Post skip can beat the strongest pre skip SHs. With that being said, Chopper should beat pre skip X Drake.
