Yes that is most likely drake since it matches his TS look

I would like if he joined since it would be cool to have a familiar character work for a yonkou
It would most likely be a plan to take him down from the inside and he would end up being an ally to Luffy and Law

Even with Law and Luffy working together Kaido would still stomp them
They need a man from the inside that could tell them his weaknesses and such

Yeah man. The way Dofla fears Kaido, and how confident Law is that Kaido would annihilate Dofla shows his power. Law and Luffy arent at the level to take him head on. I actually like the idea of Drake joining their alliance. Trio v Trio. The other one would be Kid, Hankins, and the other guy whos name I forget.

It is him and i do agree i see a back stabbing coming same way he left the marine after he got what he wanted.

Nah, it makes more sense if he is part of Law's alliance (Law planned around the SA-arc (since they both appeared to know each-other quite well during that time) that he's gonna infiltrate Kaido's army as a member of his crew and Law was gonna be the Warlord to get ties with PH). <Seems the most plausible situation to me.
