first of all spoilers. secondly i can see where he is coming from, wanting to ensure his brothers will/dream lives on. however it will be hard as he is now a criminal.

Actually, a lot of people were complaining about Itachi or Hashirama turning Sasuke good instead of Naruto so this is Kishimoto's way of fixing. Naruto will be the one to put Sasuke in the proper mind frame

Heh I had the same idea, Sasuke wanting to be Hokage. Kishimoto wrote himself into a corner when he turned Sasuke good with the Hokage and so he needed a way for Sasuke and Naruto to have a final battle, this was the safest choice for him to get that, methinks.

I can see this is whats going to cause the fight between him and Naruto.

The village won't make Sasuke Hokage and that will lead to him and Naruto getting into a fight when Naruto is chosen.
