By the way, am I the only one that wants to see the Juubi itself as the final villain?

As I said in another thread. Rin was the catalyst for Obito's actions. What happened to her resembles to Obito how rotten the shinobi system is.

He doesn't want to recreate a world where he lives happily ever after with Rin. He wants to create a world where everyone is happy, not just himself. People seem to have a bit of trouble understanding Obito's mentality. Traumatised as a 13 year old and went from one view to the complete opposite.

I am not 7 years old

Doesn't matter what age you are, I'm 18 and I still think Spongebob Season 1-3 are comedic gold, the show back then was for all ages. Newer seasons though...well those are for babies..

He got over her ages ago...
In Kamui with Kakashi he stated that.

No? Kishi probably knows he failed with Obito. Once Obito is finished, Orochimaru will make his move. He's not to be trusted.

How would Kishi "know" he failed then it's only a matter of opinion? Orochimaru won't be a main villain anymore, only a helper of Sasuke. He pretty much said that himself.
