It's the same with Naruto and Sasuke, Naruto always felt he was dogging sasuke's steps but in reality he was always stronger than him. this chapter shows exactly what Tobirama was saying about the passions of the Uchiha; Madara purposely asked Hashirama to do something he knew to be impossible for him to do, such a cowardly move. I lost a lot of respect for Madara's character after this chapter.
