It was kind of obvious to me when I saw the kyuubi hand kakashi chakra. But I thought naruto would only restore important people's chakra, not everyone. If he does that soon after he will be drained again.

It's a miracle that most of them are still standing after fighting constantly! It's more realistic than what most think because if someone's in a war and they know that they have an unlimited supply of weapons, wouldn't you give it to your comrades to up your chances of winning?

well he made all his friends into the 1 tail beast mode cloakes with massive chakra. if he restores there chakra it be like earlier to kakashi this looks like a beast mode tail mode on all friends. so naruto must be giving the chakra to them but without beast cloak side effects.
