I agree lol. It happens to so many characters. They have abilities that should dominate everyone but then they just don't use them to full potential. Kinda like why Madara didn't use PS again and kill almost everyone in seconds, or why Kaguya didn't put an ash bone in Sasuke's head when she snuck up behind him.

That's impossible. There are certain places the bones can come out of because of the unique bone structure those with the bloodline limit carry. Assuming Kaguya had the same as Kimimaro, there would still be a large amount of places where there would be no bones. Regardless, All-Killing Ash Bone does not instantly disintegrate the target and the seals would end up still working; she'd kill them but she'd still be sealed.

Lol I just realized this. If Naruto and Sasuke could only beat Kaguya by physically touching her then why didn't she just completely cover herself with ash-killing bones? There'd be no way they could get close.

Yes, or use chakra palms, or do literally anything else. It never felt like they earned that victory.

Kaguya was hit by Sakura, despite having Byakugan + Senjutsu to warn her.

Kaguya avoided using the ice dimension for no REAL reason; even if Sasuke can escape her ice, it would have given Kaguya the time she needed to avoid being sealed. Kishi included Kaguya's "reasoning" in that situation simply to dodge the issue.
