okay, so we saw madara manipulate obito to perform rinne tensei. here is what's bothering me,both minato and kakashi where in a close enough range from while the jutsu was being cast. didn't they like see madara's face right before the jutsu was performed? all of this could've been avoided if those two killed obito mid cast. or am i mis someting?

idk why they didn't think it was strange when those two arms protruded from under ground /when obito was being enveloped by madara cells.

Madara was ways away pinned down. The person who appears is Black Zetsu. Originally it appears as if Obito is pulling a Nagato, but Black Zetsu pulls some Grade A Shinobi shit and goes plan wrecking. He then molds over Obito and performs the jutsu specifically for Madara. Not wanting to kill Obito, the other two couldn't react.




So to sum it up: Zetsu showing what a real shinobi is all about just happened.

why would they kill obito when just last chapter minato stopped kakashi from killing obito, they are not sasuke who changes his mind after a few chapters

obito is still a jin. He isn't that weak, nor will madara sit by and watch him die. The same black zetsu that took him over would spring mokuton or chakra rods to defend. Or, madara would shoot chakra rods from obito's body like he did when sasuke tried to stop him. There's nothing they could do but cry.
