WTF is wrong with ORO

I mean what the heck he wants? when Jugo, bonesguy, Karin were introduced ( And a lot more like hashi dna and sage mode etc.) NO ONE KNEW about the past so everybody thought... yeah some random strange guys, with a pervert snake. But now all this makes sense! Everything in history with special powers as recently seen in todays manga is something Orochimaru had to do with! But how? How did he knew about those special vessels? About the history of this powers?

Oro having a bigger plan? He always tried to make these powers 1 like Kaguya is.

It cant be just random. Oro was/is on sth. Very unlikely, that those things a randomly chosen.

I agree with you. Orochimaru is definitely up to something. He knows way too much information. Not to mention, the guy is the stereotypical true villain. A snake in the grass (literally and figuratively)...

OT: It's definitely not a coincidence. Oro's plan was to obtain the Rinnegan for sure, obtain the perfect body in order to become something even more. He probably figured it was the most efficient way for him to obtain not only immortality but the chance to learn every jutsu.
