We saw Smoothie only once and she was reacting to Luffy being alive (that was when Luffy entered the hall).
How in Blazes do you guys know she's doing nothing? Not to mention what's she supposed to do?

I didn't say he was a loser, I said he's failed at every turn since the chaos started. Nothing he's attempted to do has ended in success. Him trying to shoot Sanji and killing the priest instead is still a failure regardless of what people around him are doing.

Him being unable to stop the cake from being destroyed shows the limits of his foresight relative to the rest of his abilities.

Him failing to even notice Brook going for the picture shows his inability to adapt beyond his visions, making his foresight a liability as it's just distracted him so far.

Trying to act and resulting in failure is just as bad as not acting, period.

Plus as Love Cook has mentioned, the chaos has been relatively brief. It literally JUST started and you're already expecting them to be super on top of what's going on?

Why would a highly materialistic Emperor put their most valuable treasures and their ROAD PONEGLYPH behind any ordinary door? Why would Smoothie bust down that door when Big Mom is still gonna need it to be there after all is said and done? Why would Smoothie bother bursting down this valuable door when Brook was still facing the subordinates on the other side, and she had no way of knowing that Brook had the capacity to defeat them, even stating that if Brook somehow manages to defeat them, there's only one way for him to leave that room anyways, meaning he's trapped?
