Exactly what the title says. The raw has been released long, long ago. Why the hell the chapter isn't translated already, since it's not that hard to translate 16 pages... And if there won't be chapter next Wednesday... Meh, it's a drag... Like Shikamaru always used to say.

They also have to clean the scans and they dont know Chinese (Only scanlations out) so they have to wait for another scanlation.

It is not just adding translated text(and translation takes time as well),but clearing what was already written etc..

From what we've seen there is a Chinese version, and that's it (from what the word is).

Also IDK how they get their scans... Could be a deal that they go through a middle man opposed to raw snatching. And if it is in Chinese, most likely they don't have any exceptional Chinese translators... I mean most manga comes out in Japanese... And they may not have the time or waste the effort trying to translate with Chinese.

The raw scans seem smaller and more like picture uploads than scans so that likely plays a part too.
