this is just retarded... i always thought that One Piece was the one and only retarded franchise due to the super weird non-human characters... i mean there's Wolf-Man... Noodle-Man... Shark-Man... a guy who flickers his booger and explode buildings and what not... and they totally look like a retarded animal in a human shape...

however... i thought One Piece was the only one...

then i started watching Hunter x Hunter... and i loved it... it was amazing...


... until the Chimera Ant Arc -.- PLEASE?! Wolf-Man is there, with a Bazooka on his back?
some weird ass octopus is there with a tommy-gun in his tentacle? PLEASE STOP IT...

however... it even evolved into this... and that's it. i'm done with HxH.

i watched the anime for years... but then i gave up on it. i refuse o_O
i also refused to watch One Piece the moment a guy shoot his booger from his nose to explode buildings and shit... i mean... wtf? did they ask a 3 year old to come up with super powers for them? XD

actually you are missing out, but than again it is you who is missing out so it's your loss XD

if you read OP and HxH properly you'd see that those explosive boogers and octopus ants aren't as out of place as you think

if youa ctually read/watche dhte Chimera Ant arc you'd know why the ants look as they do

and if you actually read/watched the Whiskey Peak/Little Garden Arc you'd know why his boogers exploded

By eating other creatures, a Chimera Ant queen can impart the characteristics of ingested creatures onto the next generation of Chimera Ants it gives birth to. To take advantage of the genes of a particular species, Chimera Ants have been known to feed until the fodder species is driven to extinction in its ecosystem.

About your question
because the queen Chimera Ant ate some nen-users and other types of creatures, her offsprings inherited the ability to use Nen and other silly genetic attributes from other creatures... later on, the ants learned how to fight using Nen-based techniques ,which explains how some ants were able to use silly rockets and octopusies and stuff... Lol

i know he look like an octopus due to being fed octopuses...
i know the lion looks like a lion cuz he was fed lions...

but still... come on... did they feed them bazookas and guns too? <-- this is what gets me... that he's pulling out weapons from his back... sure if he was fighting with his fists and all... but pulling out guns from his back? please... :/

so... you're 100% sure that they didn't feed the Queen with bazookas and all?
cuz i don't like the idea of the wolf getting SUPER MEGA SKILLED CONJURER that he could conjure rocket launchers and shit... :(
