i wast just watching the battle between konan and toni
how the fck fit he got his arm back?

i know deidara lost 1 arm because of gaara and the other because of kamui
but kakuzu restored them that time

so how the fck is tobi getting a new arm

ps: a extra question is how he implants eyes is it a medical ninjutsu (like surgery of something) or maybe a special secret uchiha jutsu?

He's made of the same substance, as Zetsu is, so he can put up a new arm anytime he looses one, he's lost his arms several times, such as Konan, Minato and Danzo's guards and so on.
