[WTF] Dragon Ball Super 5th Episode = FAILURE !

Yes, it's an horror movie, and there is explications : some Toei animators are missing or unavailiable, but yes, oui, it's horrible : the gaps, the models, everything is disgusting, only static shots are good. The executives of this episode (Junji Shimizu, Ken Ootsuka, Naoki Tate, and Takeo Ide) were working with amateurs and interims tho'. Even Toei Animation Philippines would have done it better.

Why didn't they stop it for one/two weeks ? Sponsors wouldn't have liked it, but we wouldn't have this horror. The One Piece TV Special didn't smooth things over tho'

Next episodes should be better

I haven't watched the Dragon Ball Super episode yet, so i can't say what is its quality, but pain vs kn6 is easily one of the best animated fights in Naruto. It is really annoying how people say that the fight was shit, because of a few bad looking moments.

No it was real bad, they just added things, there's a lot of better animated fights in Shippuden, I can make you a list but it will be long

You're screenshotting high speed movement shots. Scenes where there is a lot of movement going on are drawn this way on purpose, they don't add that much detail because you don't see it anyways. It's a waste of time and money because the frame only lasts a couple seconds at best. You can find scenes like this in any animated show. Static shots or slow movement shots are the ones that are supposed to look good and detailed.

Certainly, this is drawn this way on purpose when there is a lot of movements - but that does not change the fact that it is badly drawn epiosde, the 4th first episode did not have much of these flaws.

Just watched the DB episode and the animation is okay. I am not sure if you even know what good animation is. Pain vs kn6 is still my favorite fight. The only fight, that may best it is Madara vs the shinobi alliance.

Yeah the animation was bad this episode. It looks amazing for every scene except for the fight scenes (even though this is the first real fight scene).
