I tend to agree, although I'm reluctant since I like this manga a lot.
It's just that since 2-3 chapters, things seem to be going really awkward.
Madara looking forward to fighting Hashirama is one thing, but now there is some comedy element between them, which is completely out of place with a main villain like him. And, as many said, he seems to have no interest in his plan at all.
The pacing with Sakura's development is horrible. I mean, in part one she was pretty useless, realizing that herself she started training under Tsunade. At the start of part two, she seemed to have really evolved, and the fight against Sasori shiwed that. The thing is: She was almost completely forgotten after that, only appearing as a medic on the sidelines in the Pain arc and the war up to now. There was ZERO hint that she was training at all. And now she is suddenly eager to be on the same level as Sasuke and Naruto, has extreme power and wants to be Hokage?
Obito/Naruto/Kakashi: There was so much build-up between Naruto and Obito that made them seem like archenemies. Then, Kishi took Obito away with Kakashi to have him probably being tnjed, leaving Naruto without an antagonist in this battle aside from the Juubi, but that is no villain, just a beast. Also, Obito was the one really obsessed on completing the moon's eye plan, Madara doesn't seem to care. So, without Obito, the plot somehow lost focus in two aspects. I REALLY hope Obito returns and becomes the Juubi's host.
