Looks: Riku Uzumaki has fair skin and hair that stands on it's ends and a short beard. His hair color is a deep red, owing to his Uzumaki heritage. He wears an advance flak jacket which is white and grey in color. The back of his flak jacket and his headband have the kenji for "hunter" commonly displayed upon bounty hunters.
Personality: Riku is an unexpectedly softhearted, kindly individual who is quick to give compliments but loath to accept them. He appears to care very little for his own well-being, much less his dignity, and is therefore often put in situations that give him the impression of being goofy or eccentric. He is slow to anger and apparently a bit of a pacifist. Riku would much rather talk out disputes than fight, frequently doing so even while he himself is under vicious attack. Riku lacks the ambition of others, clearly content to take his time dealing with things that do not demand urgency.

Beginnings: During his youth, Riku was noted to be an intelligent individual. A Genius in both strategy and proficiency in Ninjutsu. Growing up Riku had a love for history. This lead him to study his clan and many others in search of the origin of Ninjutsu.
Death Eaters: Later in life, Riku would help found an organization called the Death Eaters. A mercenary group that would take bounty's to gain influence. This not only helped to support him along his travels but also provided a form of protection from hostile threats.

Fuuinjutsu Seals:
Riku has four known Fuuinjutsu seals located around his body. On the palms of his hands are his "Lightning Blade Creation" Seals. When needed, Hei can activate these seals in battle to produce a weapon by simply tapping one of his fingers on the seal while focusing his chakra. On his chest He has the "Reverse Four Symbols" seal that activates upon his death. Located under his right side is a "Devils Dance" seal with the Kenji for "Jade" and opposite to that under his left side is a "Mad Enhancement" seal.

Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal basic ninja tools, like shurikens, kunais, swords, etc into sealing marks placed on their clothes or their body. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks". The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced and one can unleash a barrage of weapons with great speed in a small time window. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. Sasuke even shown that you can have the weapons connected to wires and linked to their sealing marks and used the technique in sealing marks he placed in his wrist bracers.
Note: Can summon up to 30 basic tools per sealing mark and can have up to 2 sealing marks

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body with the Kanji for a specific element. The seal can be passively activated in battle and it’s activation will restrict the user to a certain element (as well as the one’s it’s comprised of. In exchange for limiting the user to certain element(s), the user's techniques of the remaining elements will gain one rank and in the case of S-Ranks and above they will gain +20 damage. In the case of defensive and supplementary techniques, they will become capable of defending against techniques with 20 more damage points (only applies to S-Ranks and above). This counts as a passive boost rather than an active one due to the nature of the seal. To clearly illustrate the seal’s use in battle, if the user restricted themselves to Steel Release, they would still have access to Earth, Fire and any CE combinations of the aforementioned elements (elements that use solely earth, solely fire or Earth and Fire). Alternatively, the user can create the seal in the middle of a battle but this usage can only be used once. This usage is fast enough to be used in the same time-frame as the subsequent technique. Once activated, this technique lasts until canceled.

(Fuuin: Kichigai Kouyou) - Sealing Technique: Mad Enhancement

Description: The user will passively apply a seal with the Kanji for "Madness" on their body. This technique will both distort how their body but also their techniques appear. A barrier of chakra will form over their body in the form of a black haze of chakra cloaks the user's body without obscuring their sight. The haze casts anyone who looks upon it in an external genjutsu (A-Rank) that constantly shifts the user's outline like an off-focus photograph, thereby obscuring any discerning marks or features. The mist-like illusion also causes his image to double or triple randomly, making him appear to be a hallucination. It essentially creates the effect of the user's body flickering from side to side across a one-meter area too fast for the eyes to track without the creation of after-images. This isn't to be confused with the user moving back and forth, this effect can solely be attributed to the genjutsu induced by the haze and will occur even if the user is standing still. This throws off techniques which require a clear line of sight or concentration on the user's position. This effect will occur regardless of the opponent's tracking speed. As for the user's techniques, their distorted image will depend on it's state of matter. Solid techniques will appear pitch black with red lines of light across them, liquid techniques will appear as blood, gaseous techniques will appear as a black smog and energy-based techniques will appear a dark-red colour. This lasts until deactivated.

Riku has a permanently active Rinnegan, unable to deactivate them. He can use all the basic abilities and Paths of the Rinnegan, including Outer Path with excellent control, being able to activate up to 2 paths at any time. He also is able to release black chakra disrupting rods from his body. Riku, due to being an Uzumaki, is capable of creating S and Forbidden ranked Fuuinjutsus that cannot be taught. He has a naturally strong chakra gaining 500 chakra points on his base.

Single Handseal Specialist:
Riku can perform techniques of a chosen element to specialize per event in by performing a single ( 1 ) handseal, that is still double-handed except when specifically stated otherwise in the technique.
Increased Elemental Specialist:
Riku can perform techniques of the remaining elements with faster seals and halved handseals, if more than 3 seals ( 4 and up )
Apex Handseal Specialist:
Riku can perform techniques of the chosen skill to specialize per event without the usage of handseals, though he must still perform complimentary and logical body movements related to the technique.
