The best one in my opinion is the third.
Clean, clear and subtle nice effects that aren't loading the overall sig/render.

entry 1, 2 and 7 automatically out
I'm gonna give thoes with 1 vote a benefit of the doubt

3rd entry: it could be better blended, and I don't really see much what you did here, and it seems that you oversharpened the render a lil bit, but it might just be my sightxd overall, I'll give you benefit of the doubt, you proceed

4th entry: always remember, and I always say this to my students, great backgrounds make great sigs it is always safest to follow the rule of thirds will placing your render, irrespective of the fact that you wanted it pop out, now it seems that the focus is the text while the render is just at the corner:| also, wrong choice of font, wrong styles of font, and wrong placement as such you failed to proceed to next round

6th entry: whats with all that weird stuff:| anyway, you tried to make a decent sig, ya almost did and I love the depth>_> but whats with the blur on his left side and the wind filter you put?o_o also why put the text above sasukes head, thats wrong:| sorry but only two out four of you are to be chosen, you fail to proceed

9th: not so bad, it's plain, but then again its how village sigs are designed here._. however I feel you didn't put much effort into it, and so nothing to judge you proceedU_U

I want better quality sigs next round, so better do more than your best, also this is not really CnC its how I chose the ones who proceeded, 8 and 5 auto proceeds because they have more votes.
