Wrong Summoning?

i know im late on this but I realized Sasuke summoned a snake.
from what i know he changed his contract to the hawks after finding out the "truth" of itachi by tobi.
can you have two contracts?

but i only think he summoned the hawk because of the situation like he was in the air..lol

the air-summon was more advantageous then the snake sasuke needed a edge to get around danzo's summon at the time

But sai doesn't have kishi on his side thats why he got shot down. i mean lets be realistic if that was sasuke he wouldn't have been shot down. The world may never know.

He signed a hawk contract but he probably didn't cancel the snake contract (is it possible to do that?). I don't think we'll see the hawks any more because snakes seem to be his main summons and Aoda is his personal summon.
