Writing quality

Does anyone else feel that the week-to-week writing quality is a little spastic here? I mean what was the point of giving BZ the 9 tails chakra just to take it away again in 2 chapters?

Writing quality has dropped drasticaly for a long time by now. There's no consistency and everything is too predictable ._.

TBH it seems sort of like Kishimoto is pulling a PnJ to save Naruto, because he made Madara too OP. I mean giving BZ the 9-tails chakra served absolutely no plot purpose. Aside from redeeming Obito, I guess?

This. It was done for suspense, but that doesn't mean everything that has happened makes sense lol.

OT: Yes, some things don't make sense at first but they typically get justified later on.

All I'm saying is the flow of the plot and pacing seems slightly pedantic lately, like Kishimoto is rushing it for some reason. The whole Obito vs. Madara chapter felt sort of like manga filler. I just wasn't feeling it at all. Just my 2 cents.

With this Naruto was able to get the other missing Bijuus chakra.
Also we don't know the results about him being revived yet.

No you have a point. I think the whole BZ and it having Kurama was simply a plot device for 2 things:

1.)Obito will not survive without Black Zetzu attatched to him since he has had the bijuu's extracted AND has performed Rinne Tensei. SO this allows him to reedeem himself and...
2.)... also get Naruto the Yin Kurama which I assume his father meant to give to him all along.

I feel things are being rushed but for a reason. We've already had a long and drawn out battle with A Rikudo uchiha already and now we are doing it again. I think the fans are getting a little bored with the whole fighting the SO6P so Kishi is hurrying it along, pulling out all the stops with a lot of unexplained feats just to move the story along.

I am just at the point where I let all these rules and laws he is breaking/Bending in the NV go and I am just waiting for this arc to end so we can move on to the next.

Just take in stride I guess.

I thought this and thought bloody obvious. However as I was writing this I just thought if he was to get the three to make the 9 needed. Then he must have 6 of them already and would not be dying. That there lies an asspull...

Standard has dropped definitely and since long time...doesnt seem like its a war...in war each side goes ballistic on each other and not talk, fight for a few seconds, then talk again, then fight for a few seconds...this war is a big FAT joke...i read cause it makes me laugh...only morons take this kind of writing seriously..but just like whole NV has no logic...this plot also doesnt have any logical flow to it...
