He is a short individual even for his age only standing at a meagre 4'0ft tall with very pale skin nearly completely devoid of pigmentation. He also has dark black messy hair that goes the full length of his back. His eyes are a bright purple with animalistic pupils resembling that of a snake. He also has sharp teeth like that of a shark similar to the seven ninja swordsman despite being originally from the Kumogakure. He wears a short sleevless that reaches just above his belly button, covering most of his crimson red tribal tattoos, along with some relatively skin tight shorts that don't go beyond his thighs thus allowing free range movement without all the excess cloth creating noise when he moves at his maximum speed. Covering his shirt is small metal chest piece that only protects his left shoulder and chest area.

Background Info
History:
He was born in the Kumogakure and spent 3 years of his life in a horrible orphanage not knowing whether or not he will live to see the next day. After turning 4 he left the orphanage going out to search for his parents who abandoned him in this terrible place and wronged him swearing to get stronger and get revenge when he returns. After two years improving his basic skills he found a nice stranger who goes by the name House to teach him ninjutsu and gave him the knowledge to control his chakra better. After completing his training with House he returned to increase his basic speed and actual physical power doing rigorous training for another year until he met another stranger passing him by which he managed to convince to teach him to master his suiton element, which was the easiest to master only taking 6 months. Thanking Detective L before leaving parting ways thinking he is now strong enough to get revenge.
After reaching the village he immediately goes into action finding the people on his list for revenge, killing anyone in the way. Only getting two people on the list, the orphanage's two leaders, before getting overwhelmed and having to run away. While being chased by multiple ninja from the Kumogakure village he quickly heads towards the border, missing his left arm, knowing that if they cross the border with that many ninja it could spark a war. Getting disoriented from blood loss he uses what little knowledge of raiton he was taught by Korra to close the wound while hiding. After doing this he begins to run again heading for a small house on the edge of the border asking for help from the strangers, with a missing arm and a severely injured leg, who run a limb replacement business. They agree upon the price he pays if it is successful and begin immediately.
After 6 months of him getting used to both limbs he leaves to get stronger. After a month improving by himself he finds a teacher to finish his missing knowledge of raiton. This person goes by the name Omega only taking 2 months to finish. HE then parts ways with his teacher and leaves to train in another area for the next two years of his life improving greatly in physical areas and even coming up with a few new techniques using the knowledge he has learned from his many teachers. Wrath also finds a new teacher to learn a more defensive element from. This new teacher goes by the name Adachi. He now is a assassin for hire to make money while getting real combat experience for his next attempt at his plan.
