Run and jump off the plateau while doing the handseals and inserting your chakra on the ground. This will make stones and rocks to fall from the plateau walls. But then be sure to land safety because the plateau, as you can see, is pretty high O_O

well you could used underground fish projection or earth jutsu to make a shield to help you land O_O

This jutsu is the one that killed that uchiha kid, who was on the same team as Kakashi xd
