Looks :Wrath appears as an older man near sixty with an incredible physique for his age. He has a full head of black hair and a thick black mustache, and a blue tint to his right eye as he is seen to wear an eye patch over his left. His skin also is seen to be more of a tan color. Wrath is usually seen wearing his military issue slacks with suspenders and boots, along with a short-sleeve black undershirt. Other times, he is seen wearing a black vest with a white dress-shirt, dress pants, and formal shoes. Wrath is almost always seen with at least one sword on him, but has also been known to carry up to five and can wield all of them simultaneously.

Personality :Despite the violent nature of his name, Wrath is actually one of the calmer of his "siblings" and rarely bickers with them, but when he is angered he unleashes his full power. He has a slightly strange sense of humor and has a habit of doing rather odd things for someone of his status, such as joking with his students and friends, dressing up as a tourist while visiting Hidden Sand Village to meet with friends there, giving melon bread as a gift to Kiba, ditching work to meet his friends, and jumping out of a window to get away from his teachers and .
He is also more lenient towards humans than his siblings, likely due to having lived among them for a long time. He also appears to secretly enjoy the complications that the his friends have brought to his plans since he has lived a life where everything has been planned, controlled, or predicted.
However, he still shows some annoyance towards people in general, sometimes referring to their constant meddling as bothersome, even admitting to being greatly frustrated with a little girl because of her crying at a military funeral (where he believed everyone should be respectfully quiet). He is also scornful of the idea of fealty or sacrificing one's life for others, believing only that the strong should survive and that the loss of one life can only be balanced by the loss of another.

Background Information
History :
History :From birth Wrath was destined for great things. Danzo, head of Root, saw this potential in the young child and took him to train under his wing to become on of his personal body guards. He was taught about the world and politics and how ninjas worked. When he was old enough, he began training with swords with Hayate and would duel against Danzo, on occasion, in matches with everyone watching. They both used the same type of sword.
After their training was complete he was fully acknowledged as a member of Root. During one of his missions with Danzo, Wrath suffered an extreme injury to his left eye. Even though Danzo was able to heal him Wrath was never the same after that incident. Shortly after the mission he was removed from Root, which is why there is no documentation of his existence. After all he has been through he wonders whether his soul a human soul or not. He now does rouge work and side mission, usually solo, for the Hokage.
