So do say how would they gain any info without wiretapping or getting into his accounts any agency worth their salt would do it if not then they are very incompetent at their job for failing to do so its quite obvious something along those lines happened

Trump has claimed that Obama illegally wiretapped him. What you are describing is legal wiretapping. It really doesn't matter if he did or not, because it would have been well within the legality of the law, in that situation, regardless.
