Sasuke battle tactic/experiences and intelligent in the past have been nerfed because he suppose to damage naruto already. I guess Kishi putting Sasuke in same way as Kaguya was against team 7, they both have a lot of deadly features, but did not utilize their skill properly to end their oponents.I will explain why Sasuke is nerfed
1. Amaterasu :

Why Sasuke used a grand fire ball jutsu instead of an amaterasu ( directly or indirectly) on naruto?Itachi amaterasu in the past was same size as sasuke great fire ball jutsu .

Naruto chakra arm will not stop at the mere seconds.

because naruto was equally nerfed in that he was still in base. Plus, naruto would justblock the amaterasu with the chakra arm and then cancel it.

Secondly,Naruto had on his Kurama avatar later down the chapter.

probably because sasuke is inside of his susanoo and kuramaʻs avatar is a chakra construct, not a flesh and blood being like the juubi or bee. Plus the fact that narutoʻs avatar is so durable that sasuke canʻt even slice the tails off with his PS sword.

Thirdly ,i believe enton arrow would have been more effective than normal arrows against Naruto,the enton flame would still spread on impact ,which might hit Naruto.

2 Chidori:
Sasuke should have used a direct chidori on Naruto with his s/t like Kakashi used his kamui to teleport to kaguya.

However Sasuke teleported behind Naruto,eventhough he hit him ,it did not damage.In addition while Naruto was thrown back by Sasuke chidori,why Sasuke did not used chidori extended blade to stab him here?

kakashi never used S/T to teleport to kaguya, he traveled right to her. Sasuke didnʻt hit naruto with chidori, unless you think that naruto is so durable that he can tank sauskeʻs chidori with zero damage (which makes using chidori on naruto meaningless). Sasuke didnʻt use chidori extended blade bbecause narutoʻs moving back at too great a speed to hit him.

It seem like Sasuke is more like testing Naruto than actually want to kill him because he giving Naruto tip that he slacking in battle and he will die easily.I do not know if Sasuke planning to fake his death or something ,what you think?

many was saying Naruto would get nerfed for Sasuke to look like an equal and the chapter showed as much. The problem with tank drivers is that they see what they want to see.

Lol what's funny is that Sasuke even used more jutsu than Naruto this chapter. Chakra claw and TBB/rasengan thingy versus fire ball, s/t technique, chidori, and then other chidori.

the only person being nerfed is Naruto. Kishimoto gave Naruto an imperative to not kill Sasuke, knowing by all rights he should stomp.
