wow...It's so obvious what Itachi gave Naruto

Come to think of it, I dont know why any of us didnt think of it before, unless im mistaken and havent read this idea.

Sasuke has susanoo, and as it appears, even kages cannot damage him, and as tobi says the MS grows with real battle experience, meaning Susanoo is gonna get bigger and badder like when Itachi unleashed it.


Itachis gift to Naruto is the ability to go through Susanoo, in order to beat Sasuke if need be.

There is little evidence even sage mode rasenshuriken would burst through Susanoo.

Its a cheap move that makes the wielder invulnerable, the only way to beat it is special circumstances, not hard work training etc or the kages couldve done it.

plus if a beating from raikage could pierce it .... FRS could too ... FRS will get stronger the more chakra naruto pumps into it .. so if he can enstrengthen his sage mode he can make frs a lot stronger too

That could be true. Maybe Itachi doesn't want Sasuke to live like that all his life, so he gave Naruto some power so he CAN bring Sasuke back. Itachi probably also knew that Naruto wouldn't give up on Sasuke, so he gave it to him. That is possible. We will just ahve to wait and find out

Very incomplete lol, Sasuke was covered around his body, Itachi had a 200ft summon surrounding hundreds of metres of radius lol.

Still, i never knew Raikage got through it, i thought Raikage got through the amaterasu flame wall sasuke enveloped himself in-not susanoo, in fact i thought susanoo only came out once gaara arrived...Ill have to re read them chapters.

I was thinking it was a Tsukuyomi counter. Like if Sasuke tries to use Tsukuyomi or any Sharingan genjutsu on Naruto then it sets off Itachi's trap and Sasuke gets caught in a predetermined Tsukuyomi where Itachi gets to talk to Sasuke and tell him to stop being an idiot (kinda like Naruto talking to his dad in his head)

There has already been several threads on what gift Itachi gave Naruto.. Search the forum and u'll deffinately find it. One of them was long thoroughly written and backed up with all kinds of stuff.. Japanese folk tales, myths, names and really good evidence on this guy's theory. Check them out

anyway.. regarding your theory; It's one of those thoughts we all have. instead of making a new thread post it in one of those other threads regarding the same thing .. there you might find older posts by ppl who think the same as you do

Personally, i know that the pre-historical battle between the Uchiha and the Senju, in this case Sasuke vs Naruto, ended in win to the senju. All we know for now is that Naruto's gift is something that'll stop Sasuke. As we know Itachi intended the survival of Sasuke, but more important than all; peace and survival of Konoha.

well if Itachi wanted to stop Madara... why not take away his favorite weapon... or give Naruto full control over Madara's fav weapon...

but then again it might be something to stop Sasuke...
