Sharingan would allow it's user to gain access to all basic elements easily but it is also depending upon the skill of user Ex: As much as I knw Kakashi can use all the elements exept Wind,,,,Sasuke has 2 elements 1.Fire that he got from blood line and Lightng is his own affinity in the same way Itachi got 2 1.Fire 2.Water as his main affinity
may be Itachi can use more than those 2...........

Nature transformations can't be copied with Sharingan. Well, they can, the eyes decipher and record how it's done, but the user won't magically get skill at how to transform his/her chakra.

ever since itachi used izanami on kabuto i didnt read much about how their fight ended since the result seemed obvious to me ...now i was reading that portion again n jus came across this(i saw pics only when i was reading before n didnt read whats written) ...
