If Nagato had Madara's eyes implanted into him... Wouldn't Nagato have also noticed that he had the ability to turn it into a Sharingan as well?

Because in edo form, we saw Madara using EMS and turning it into the Rinnegan when he wanted to implying you can shift between Rinnegan and Sharingan.

So wouldn't Nagato kind of wonder why he had Uchiha abilities as well?

That's true, but Nagato "awakened" his Rinnegan. When Madara's eyes were transplanted into Nagato, he didn't have the Rinnegan on immediately. However, Danzo and Kakashi immediately had activated Sharingans that stayed activated.

Uzumaki life force and stamina. Also nagato isn't made of zetsu material making madara's influence on him much weaker than obito.

Nobody ever said uzumaki were watered down senju. Uzumaki's have stronger life forces than senju. But senju have stronger bodies.

The manga never stated that he is made of zetsu, Zetsu told Obito that he has Hashirama's tissues in him.
(just like Madara).

If it were zetsu substance, he wouldn't be able to use mokuton.

This happen because above of them didn't came from Uchiha Clansmen but this only apply to Sharingan Eye... At this moment, Rinnegan Eye can't return back to normal even Hagoromo Eyes also same. It look like permanent state..
