If except for the whole kaguya thing, kishimoto would have just proceeded on with the idea
of the road to ninja in which they start feeling different in the tsukuyomi and miss their old
life. It would have been great if this happened and would have added more depth to the story
that sometimes having everything is not what is needed to make you happy.
The whole Madara fight could have also been resolved more efficiently as time by time people
would break out of the IT as the fight went on and madara would have realised how is plan
was not the best and would end the tsukuyomi himself and it would have led to a more better
suited redemption for him.
And because of all this we would have been able to see the prime madara vs prime naruto
and prime sasuke fight which would have been far more epic than the boring kaguya and
black zetsu thingy. Maybe kishimoto could have introduced kaguya in part 3 which would
have given him more time to think her character up and explain her fully.
