So, Obito's natural eyes matches Kakashi's perfectly. Kakashi wouldn't have to cover his left eye anymore. It'll be kind of symbolic if this were to happen. It would be a true gift, replacing Kakashi's original left eye with a normal eye. Yeah, he'll drop a couple tiers. But, I'm sure Kishi plans for Naruto to make the ninja world completely peaceful after the war. So, why would Kakashi need a sharingan if the world were in peace? I'm actually 75% sure this is going to happen.

It's not that he can't, it's that when he travels with it, he is too fast that he can't see when the ennemy reacts, but if he uses it carefully with a Kage Bunshin combo for example, don't know why he could not aim perfectly well with it since there the ennemy would be fooled
