That would be just great....that way Orochimaru could have simply asked to have every jutsu and that way he didn't need to play mad scientist nor would he have to steal Sasuke. Sasuke in hand could simply wish his clan back or Hiruzen could have wished away the planned coup solves a big number of plots!
