Edit: If it's sasuke (taka era with sword and strategy then he'll do well) naruto would have to be a sensor

No. They are above that at this point. At the very most Sasuke becoming the new Danzo and ruling ANBU seems feasible.
I'd say Shino, Shikamaru definitely and maybe Tenten Ino or Kiba are the only ones from the konoha 11 really suited for it.
