Yaaaaa rigggggght.... Obito has dodged Naruto several times so what makes you think he would even touch him. At this point in the War anyone who is not atleast Kage level or higher is fodder to the enemy.

The difference is that Naruto has been cooperating with Kakashi and Gai. He hasn't tried flat out speed blitzing anybody yet.

And so what you're trying to say, is that if BM Naruto moved as fast as he possibly could behind Obito for a punch, he would be able to dodge it?
