I would say it was great until the Sasuke retrieval arc. Was okay until the Kage Summit Arc where things got bad.

Honestly, I think people who constantly bash Naruto and Kishi only do it because the story didn't end the way they expected it to or wanted. Either that or they had really high expectations... Which IMO shows how good the story was.

It's actually because Part 2 ignores/destroys themes and characters that made Part 1 mostly good.

Well, like any likes or dislikes, I guess it's mostly a matter of preference and opinion. While I do definitely think there are some things that should/could have been done better, I personally enjoyed Shippuden.

I would recommend up to Pain Arc. After that only Madara vs Gokage was watchable. Rest is pure garbage

Naruto manga was far enjoyable than the anime

it barely leaves top 5 the last 2 chapters got ranked 1st place and the ones before that were like 3rd place
it also ran for 15 years
its one of the best shoen mangas
