I know for sure that I wouldn't want to read basically the same thing all over again. Usually I tend not to read those sequels featuring the protagonists' kids or successors; I'm not a big fan of spin-off manga either (AoT has, like, three? I'm having enough trouble keeping up with the main one), I do enjoy Naruto SD but only because it's not related to canon.

So I probably wouldn't read it.
