I'll rather have Jiraiya. Jiraiya is a perv, no good for ethical training. But he's fun to be with, and has more life experiences and knowledge. Itachi is wise, but so is Jiraiya. Itachi is more intellectual, but that depends on the person who's learning. Itachi is still and amazing person to be with in terms of training.

Kekkai Totta. 8 Gates is cool and powerful, but it's risky and has negative effects on body and health. A Kekkai Totta would be really powerful if chosen correctly, and much safer.

Learn chidori or rasengan

Chidori. Chidori is extremely cool and lethal. it comes with style. And it's much more versatile and useful. Rasengan is still cool though, but it only comes in superior to Chidori if you can coat a nature type which isn't always possible and viable. Chidori shape transformation has more chances of occurrence.

Have mei or tsunade as your wife

Haha. Tough one. Both are really hot. Tsunade can remain forever young, but she is actually really old now and only faking youth. Mei is much younger, pretty, hot and more seductive. So Mei.

Be tsuchikage or mizukage

And what's that supposed to grant? Is it about position and authority or powers? If former, then Mizukage. If latter, then Tsuchikage.

Shika's intelligence. Willpower can be created upon desire or something. Anyone can have willpower and motivation when needed. Shika's intelligence is a God gifted ability and can't be obtained on will.

If Gai's taijutsu capability includes Gates, then Gai. Otherwise, Kakashi's ninjutsu abilities are more powerful despite losing Sharingan since he's already obtained those jutsus.

Either, but I'll choose Minato because of his power.

For the purpose he died, Itachi. Madara's purpose in life was disgusting. Itachi basically sacrificed himself.

None of them interest me that much, but since they're about tracking, I'll go with Shino's anyway. There useful and stealthier. Bugs can keep following and track in all landscapes due to flight. Plus, they're are so many different kinds of bugs for so many purposes, like Shino used against Tobi in Sasuke Retrieval Arc.
