That's an interesting question. I'll go with the hair, because I like my blue eyes. Can't say the same about my natural brown-ish hair, I change that a lot anyway.

And nice answer, i have hazel eyes, green with brown, so i would go with the hair too, always wanted dark hair like the guys in anime XD

Hm. It would be cool to have a superbrain like the character "Michael Scofield" (Prison Break), but I'll go with faster reaction, because I think this would be more useful in daily life. Like, when you accidently drop something, need to catch someone or have to run away from something.

Hmm, I think I would go with vampire, both are eternal beings but a vampire is faster, stronger , it depends on which version of a vampire you are going with, some can't go out in the sun others can, but overall I think a vampire is better, the whole drinking blood thing might be a problem though XD
