2nd Option. Funnily enough it reminds me of what my brother would do when I played Ocarina of Time. He'd constantly provide voices for the villagers who felt the need to comment on everything Link did for some reason. Every time Link used the hover boots they would call him a witch and wouldn't stop harassing him until he left the village.
