Hmm both are good but what are the limitations of KA? Can it be used indefinitely or does it still have a sub 10 year recharge? Although I think kamui would better irl. Then again you could use KA on the world leaders and become a super power over night... tough decision.

Kotoamatsuki with Hashirama cells. Kamui itself is useless kind of. If you have the intent of kill, in the real world without Jutsu you can't get a perfect shot. But the kotoamatsuki you probably can make them kill themselves without them ever knowing
