Hmm... If I had to choose, I'd probably go with Kabuto.(especially if it's him after he's broken free from Itachi's Izanami loop)

He doesn't really experiment for the sake of experimenting. Pending on Oro's mood, he might just splice your DNA with some left over ham in the fridge for entertainment.

Kabuto even went out of his way to help Hinata during the exams before the attack on the Leaf Village.
