Well since Naruto was able to break free of Itachi's genjutsu and Orochimaru says that the best ninja is one who can master the most ninjutsu I'm going to have to go with ninjutsu

Taijutsu all the way. The average fighter in Naruto may suck but if I took it to the levels of One Piece or Toriko, I'd wreck just about anyone even if I was put in a genjutsu. (High intuition and reflexes ftw)

Genjutsu for sure, i can train and master Taijutsu... Genjutsu can do bad or some 'good', can make happy or sad, can be used in combat or love <3<3<3

If so then definitely Taijutsu, a bit of ninjutsu and genjutsu. Just like Kimimaro without a KG.
