Would you of liked to see what happended during the time skip?

A lot of characters became useless in shippuden because of the change in level of opponents. i honestly would be interested in just seeing missions done with different teams. I'd love to see more of: Shikamaru, Asuma, Lee, Neji, Choji, etc. to see how they worked together. Obviously it sucks sasuke couldn't be on one of the teams but that was his choice to get stronger with orochimaru.

P.S. mods put this in right section if i put it in the wrong one. this is probably more of anime than manga.

Aw hell no, the others aren't that interesting. They only become interesting when faced with Naruto-level villains or when Naruto is around. I honestly believe anything about their progression that we needed to see has already been shown and to sufficient lengths one way or another. The anime however, can go absolutely batshit nuts with this idea. The Chuunin Exams where Sakura, Choji, Lee and everybody else became Chuunins should have been the first filler idea they exhausted instead of the incredibly boring crap they continue to show us and how Neji became a Jonin should be showed already as well. And fillers on what the akatsuki were up to in the time skip would be a good idea. It would be interesting to see how the akatsuki caught the other jinchuriki/bijuu
