Sakura and Sasuke never dreamt of wanting to become Hokage, so no to both of them.
As much as I like Minato, he already had his turn. So no to him as well
That leaves Naruto. And yes, I believe Naruto should be the next Hokage because he fought very hard for his acceptance... and as a result he is now acknowledged by the people of Konoha, the same people who once put him in a state of isolation, despair and misery.
