I don't think he would, I don't think he has the chakra and since he isn't a Uchiha I'm guessing it would be harder for him to control it.
If he did however be able to use it I don't believe he will, he already has his own technique, sure he may throw it in every now and again but constantly, nope.

Uhhh.... He is able to use Kamui despite not being an Uchiha, he has all but mastered the ocular acuity of the Sharingan learning to copy a thousand jutsu (or so they say); I don't becoming intangible would kill him or be dificult for him to use. But I do agree that he wouldn't spam it like Obito's punk non-strategic ass.

Kakashi is a main character just like Naruto and Sasuke.
Kyuubi mode, sage mode, EMS, and susano'o are way bigger power-ups than that Kamui ability. It would only be fair to Kakashi if you ask me. Plus, his own students shouldn't be that much stronger than him.

If Kakashi gets intangibility, you understand that there woudn't be any way for Sasuke/Naruto to become stronger than him? He would have ultimate defense + long range Kamui(the one Obito lacks and which one is his only weakness, otherwise he would be kamuing heads off while phazing at the same time). There is no way anyone would defeat him, that's why Kishi had to divide the eyes, otherwise with two Obito/Kakashi would be too OP for this manga

I think there has to be a difference between two eyes, Kakashi has long range that Obito lacks after all.
