If oda did an arc about romance

An arc about the relationship of romance about pirates marines or saliors in general with the sea. Maybe not much bigger than long long ring island arc but still enough with the main final enemy being the sea or an insanely hard to navigate route with boa being there as the main antagonist
Meaning Boa is trying to make luffy love her but luffy is in love with the sea
