I don't think you'd go blind. I just don't see why Kishi would make a big deal about the EMS if it was simply a MS that allowed for a little extra spamming. Even if EMS allows you to use these techniques without losing sight, it doesn't mean they can be spammed because they still require chakra. This is just my take on things.
