I hope not, I used to dispise Kabuto, I thought he was always weak.. now this sudden rise to power has me liking him. I don't wish to see him turn good and undo what he has done.

As said before however it probably has something to do with Izanami.. Maybe it judges him on his past and decides his destiny? I don't know for sure.

Would you feel annoyed if Kabuto had a change of heart after the flashbacks? In other words he becomes good and help the protagonists in the War, or he does a Sasori and lets himself be killed to progress the plot. Personally I would. I would be annoyed if he stops the edo tensei or something out of guilt.

no my guess this flasback is because kabuto will die and the edo tensei will not be stoped because everyone whants to see the power of edo madara

I wouldn't, if Kishi makes it credible. These flashbacks show that Kabuto wasn't evil. It was Orochimaru's influence that made him like this.
