Would you kill your best friend to save the world from destruction?

Let's say there's like an asteroid coming to hit the Earth and killing your best friend would stop it. I don't know why it just would, he's got an asteroid magnet in his ass for point's sake.

But would you do it?

My best friend is my Fiance so. . .I'm pretty sure she'd be mad at me once I died too. So. . .yea I think I still would maybe.

If that situation ever where to occur, the best friend would probably know how much of a danger they are and ask you to kill him/her, so yeah I would, but I wouldn't be able to bring myself to do it for a long duration of time before a few consoling words from him/her.

Although, in the case that I had one, I'd torture their ass. Saw style. Tie them up, and make small slits on the skin in between the fingers and toes. Cut open their Achilles's heel. Rip the nails off. All that good stuff.

^ Pretty much this. Even after they died, the magnet would still be there. Unless you remove it from the planet, you're screwed no matter what you do or where you put it. You would have killed your best friend for no reason.

No, because the magnet is triggered by life force. The longer your friend is alive, the longer the magnet will stay on. Killing them will stop it.

I think best friends are overrated, it's kind of a slap in the face to all your other friends.. I don't really classify my friends.. I just chill with some a lot more than others.

That being said, yes I'd kill her if I called her that. She'd actually beg me to.
