Would you consider Sakura to be Jonin level?

I'd put her at Jonin level... though that's pretty damn weak these days.

In comparison to who? There are like 10 living shinobi in this war that are considerably above jounin level. (and im pushing 10 maybe its less)

Nah mang, if Sakura fought Mei she would fking devastate her, boss summon slug, Hyakugou Seal release. All the healing she needs, just stand on top of the slug and spray acid all over, even Orochimaru was fearful of the acid when he was talking to Tsunade

I'd say high Jonin at best. She isn't at Kage level quite yet, but once she finally surpasses Tsunade she will be a low Kage-possibly mid Kage.

Sakura is special jonin at best. She specializes in one field (medic) and her enhanced strength really plays backseat to her medical abilities. She's not an all around jonin like Kakashi, Guy or Asuma.

When Part 2/Shippuden began
Sakura was chunin and now during the war she is easily jonin.
Sasuke was jonin level easily, now Sasuke is Kage level.
Naruto was chunin level but now after beating Pein and fighting in the war he's Kage level believe it!

nah man its just like mei vs tsunade there are plenty ways mei beats tsunade so they same goes for sakura since its basically younger tsunade

I have to disagree with you saying she is a special jounin.

In the manga the leaders of the war placed Sakura initially in the mid-long range fighter division. Clearly her combat ability was just a bit above her medical for them to have chosen her for an offensive field. Until later on she had to give her help to the medical division.

Because of this I can't say she is a special jounin, she clearly is more than competent in more than one field both of which are very different I would have to say she is a regular jounin if we had to call her that. Though I believe her abilities (medical wise) already stand on kage level. And soon her combat ability will be confirmed

How many jounin fit the jounin category? Not much if we include the must know 2 elements thing.
